在陶瓷生产中,工艺参数的控制,应力求快速和准确。为了做到这一点,除采用快速的测定方法外,简化计算手续和缩短计算时间,具有重要的意义。运用诺模图可以缩短计算时间,并达到所要求的精确度,很适用于生产工艺控制数据的计算。这种方法简捷易行,只需一把直尺,对准已知尺度线上的数据,就可以从答数尺度线上读出欲求的结果。陶瓷生产中工艺参数控制主要有泥浆的细度和水分,坯料水分,收缩和放尺,坯料和陶瓷的强度等。下面分别介绍它们的诺模图。1.作图的基本方法本文所述的计算图,是比较简单的形式。(1)为三根平行线(也可以用两个这样的图联合使用),如图1所示:
In ceramic production, the control of process parameters requires quick and accurate control. In order to do this, besides adopting rapid measurement methods, it is of great significance to simplify calculation procedures and shorten calculation time. The use of nomograms can shorten the calculation time and achieve the required accuracy, which is very suitable for the calculation of production process control data. This method is simple and straightforward. Just use a ruler and align the data on the known scale line to read out the desired result from the answer scale line. The process parameters of ceramic production mainly include the fineness and moisture of the mud, the moisture of the blank, shrinkage and scale, the strength of the blank and the ceramic.
