传统保护渣中加入一定量的氟化物对其关键性能起着特殊的控制作用,但其中的氟却对现场工作人员、设备及环境带来巨大危害,因此开发绿色环保无氟连铸保护渣意义重大。本文阐述了氟在保护渣中的作用及其危害,总结归纳了目前国内外无氟保护渣的研究进展,剖析了现阶段存在的主要问题,指出从微结构角度系统研究保护渣冶金性能,完善保护渣制定原则理论依据,是无氟连铸保护渣工业化过程中亟待解决的关键问题。
Adding a certain amount of fluoride into the traditional mold flux has a special control over its key performance, but the fluorine in it brings great harm to the field staff, equipment and environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop a green fluorine-free continuous casting mold flux major. In this paper, the role and harm of fluorine in mold powder is expounded. At the same time, the research progress of fluorine-free mold powder at home and abroad are summarized. The main problems in the current stage are analyzed. It is pointed out that the metallurgical properties of mold powder should be studied systematically from microstructure perspective, The principle of formulating mold powder is the key issue to be solved urgently in the process of industrialization of mold powder.
