为了开发新的房水引流物 ,本文采用 0 .5 %戊二醛溶液处理新生儿脐带动脉 ,制备成内径 1.0 mm外径 1.5～ 2 .0 mm的脐带动脉管 ,用于治疗难治性青光眼。机械引流术采取两种术式 :1.脐带动脉管前房植入术 ;2 .脐带动脉管玻璃体腔植入联合玻璃体切除术。临床应用结果满意。文中重点介绍了脐带动脉管的制备方法、过程和手术方法、步骤 ,并讨论了脐带动脉管在机械引流术中的作用及临床应用价值 In order to develop a new drainage of aqueous humor, the umbilical artery of newborns was treated with 0.5% glutaraldehyde solution to prepare an umbilical artery with an inner diameter of 1.0 mm and an outer diameter of 1.5-2.0 mm for the treatment of refractory glaucoma . Mechanical drainage to take two kinds of surgical procedures: 1. Umbilical artery anterior chamber implantation; 2. Umbilical arterial vitreous cavity implantation combined with vitrectomy. Satisfactory clinical results. This article mainly introduced the preparation method, process and operation method, procedure of umbilical artery tube, and discussed the function and clinical value of umbilical artery tube in mechanical drainage
