背景:由于义齿软衬材料自身理化性能的限制,近些年有人将晶须材料添加到软衬材料中,以增强其机械性能。目的:观察不同无水硫酸钙晶须添加量对自凝软衬垫机械性能的影响。方法:实验分6组,在自凝软衬材料中分别添加含量为0(对照)、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的无水硫酸钙晶须,每组10枚试件,共60枚试件,检测其剪切黏结强度、邵氏硬度及拉伸强度。结果与结论:随着无水硫酸钙晶须添加量的不断增加,软衬材料的邵氏硬度不断升高,拉伸强度先升高后降低;当无水硫酸钙晶须添加量为3%时,软衬材料的黏结强度与拉伸强度最高。综合3项指标来看,当无水硫酸钙晶须添加量为3%时,软衬材料的机械性能最佳。表明无水硫酸钙晶须可影响自凝软衬垫的机械性能。
BACKGROUND: Due to the limitation of physical and chemical properties of denture soft lining materials, in recent years, whiskers have been added to soft lining materials to enhance their mechanical properties. Objective: To observe the effects of different anhydrous calcium sulfate whiskers on the mechanical properties of self-setting soft cushion. Methods: The experiment was divided into 6 groups, 10% (control), 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% anhydrous calcium sulfate whiskers Pieces, a total of 60 specimens, testing shear bond strength, Shore hardness and tensile strength. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: With the increase of the amount of anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker, the Shore hardness of the soft lining material increased continuously and the tensile strength first increased and then decreased. When the additive amount of anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker was 3% When the soft lining material bond strength and tensile strength of the highest. According to the three indexes, when the addition amount of anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker is 3%, the mechanical properties of soft lining material are the best. The results indicate that anhydrous calcium sulfate whiskers can affect the mechanical properties of self-setting soft liners.
