如何测定企业的公共关系状态并评价其形象,是公共关系学和公共关系活动中亟待解决的一个问题。本文以公众研究为出发点,提出了运用“名誉度”(名誉度=知名度×美誉度)测定企业的公共关系状态并评价其形象的新方法。
How to measure the status of public relations and evaluate their image is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the public relations and public relations activities. This paper takes the public research as the starting point and puts forward a new method of using “famous degree” (reputation degree= reputation* reputation) to measure the public relations status of enterprises and evaluate their image.
