某些化妆品采用乙醇做主要原料,而作为残留溶剂存在的甲醇是一种中等毒性的有机化合物,长期接触会引起粘膜刺激和神经毒害作用,危害人们的健康。现行的分析方法,直接进样会严重污染色谱柱,而蒸馏处理,不仅需要复杂的蒸馏设备,而且操作繁琐、费时,并且甲醇含量低时误差较大。液上空间-气相色谱分析可以避免这些缺点。关于液上空间-气相色谱法分析液体、固体中挥发组份已有报道。本文提出了一种简便、快速、准确的静态液上空间-气相色谱法,不需恒温设备和严格校准的取样瓶,即可准确测定出化妆品中甲醇含量。

Liquid space - gas chromatography to avoid these shortcomings. With regard to liquid-gas chromatography analysis of liquids, volatile components in solids have been reported. This paper presents a simple, fast and accurate static liquid space - gas chromatography, without constant temperature equipment and rigorous calibration of the sampling bottle, you can accurately determine the content of methanol in cosmetics.
