目的评价煮沸消毒法对口腔科三用气枪的消毒效果。方法用乙型肝炎病毒及结核分枝杆菌对三用气枪进行污染,用煮沸方法对污染气枪消毒,用聚合酶链反应(PCR)荧光定量核酸扩增技术进行乙型肝炎病毒DNA及结核分枝杆菌的检测,评价消毒效果。结果对气枪煮沸消毒10 min,乙型肝炎病毒及结核分枝杆菌均无检出,消毒合格率均达100.0%,与消毒25、mim比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);消毒10 min和15 min对乙型肝炎病毒及结核分枝杆菌的灭菌效果差异无统计学意义;煮沸消毒10 min,生理盐水和血清中结核分枝杆菌与HBV DNA的阳性检出率均为0。结论煮沸消毒可达到与2%戊二醛浸泡消毒、高压蒸汽灭菌同样可靠的消毒效果,对口腔科三用气枪消毒,方法简单、有效。
Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of the boiled disinfection method on the three-purpose airsoft stomatology. Methods Hepatitis B virus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis were used to pollute the three-purpose airgun, and the airgun was disinfected by boiling method. Hepatitis B virus DNA and tuberculosis branch were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Bacillus detection, evaluation of disinfection. Results No significant difference was found between the boiled disinfection of air gun for 10 min, hepatitis B virus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the pass rate of disinfection reached 100.0%, which was significantly different from that of disinfectant 25 and mim (P <0.01) And 15 min on the hepatitis B virus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis sterilization effect was no significant difference; boiled disinfection 10 min, the positive detection rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and HBV DNA in the normal saline and serum were 0. Conclusions Boiling disinfection can achieve the same reliable disinfection effect as 2% glutaraldehyde soaking disinfection and autoclave sterilization. The method is simple and effective for sterilizing the three-purpose airspeed stomatology department.
