慢性风湿性心脏病(简称风心病)是一种风湿活动反复发作的慢性疾病。对已有风心病患者如何判断风湿活动,既往根据左心耳活组织病理检查有无阿孝夫小体来反映机体有无风湿活动。目前多数学者仍把阿孝夫小体视为特定的风湿病损,可以反映心脏有活动风湿病变存在。文献中把临床上没有风湿活动表现而心耳有阿孝夫小体者,称为亚临床型风湿性心脏炎,或称为潜在性风湿性心脏炎,我们建议称为“隐匿性风湿性心脏炎”。
