目的:探讨正畸拔牙矫治病例中出现牙龈折痕的影响因素。方法:收集2016年1月~2017年1月行正畸拔牙矫治且一侧出现牙龈折痕的患者45例,以发生牙龈折痕的一侧设为观察侧,未出现牙龈折痕的一侧设为对照侧,对比两侧的基本状况,分析正畸拔牙矫治病例中发生牙龈折痕的影响因素。结果:观察侧宽度(5.9±0.8)mm、高度(7.8±0.8)mm、密度(386.5±102.5)g/cm~3显著优于对照侧,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:牙槽骨宽度、高度及密度是影响正畸拔牙矫治中出现牙龈折痕的影响因素,其原因为拔牙间隙关闭中牙槽骨吸收,软组织支持丧失。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of gum creases in cases of orthodontic tooth extraction. Methods: From January 2016 to January 2017, 45 patients with orthodontic tooth extraction and gingival crease on one side were collected. One side of the gingival crease was selected as the observation side and the other side of the gingival crease did not appear Set as the control side, comparing the basic conditions on both sides, analysis of factors affecting the occurrence of gingival creases in cases of orthodontic tooth extraction. Results: The width (5.9 ± 0.8) mm, the height (7.8 ± 0.8) mm and the density (386.5 ± 102.5) g / cm ~ 3 on the observation side were significantly better than those on the control side (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The width, height and density of alveolar bone are the influencing factors for the development of gingival creases in orthodontic tooth extraction. The reason is the alveolar bone resorption in the gap closure of tooth extraction and the loss of soft tissue support.
