目的:研究复方参丹芎注射液对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用线栓法堵塞大鼠大脑中动脉(MCAO)脑缺血/再灌注损伤模型(MCAI/R),将造模成功的雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、参丹芎注射液高、中、低剂量组(20、10、5mg提取物/kg)、金纳多组(35mg提取物/kg),分组后立即iv给药,连续给药3d后考察神经功能缺失症状,脑梗死灶面积,脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的变化。结果:参丹芎注射液(20、10mg提取物/kg)能够明显减轻脑缺血/再灌注损伤大鼠神经功能缺损症状,减少脑梗死灶面积和MDA含量、增加LDH、SOD和GSH-Px活性。结论:参丹芎注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of compound Shen Danxiong injection on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: MCAO / MCAO rats were occluded by thread occlusion. Male rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, model group, (20, 10, 5 mg extract / kg) and Ginaton (35 mg extract / kg) were injected iv immediately after administration, and the neurological deficits , The area of cerebral infarction, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) . Results: Shen Dan Xiong injection (20, 10 mg extract / kg) could obviously alleviate the symptoms of neurological deficit in rats with cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury, reduce the infarct size and MDA content, increase the contents of LDH, SOD and GSH-Px active. Conclusion: Shen Dan Xiong injection has a significant protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
