一、研究目的 衰老是人类生命的一种规律性表现。随着年龄的增长,心肺形态和功能将发生改变,易出现疾病,这在长期伏案的脑力工作者中尤为明显。但人们能够延缓这种衰老,并在较长时期内保持甚至增强心肺功能,坚持合理的体育锻炼就是最有效的方法之一。本文调查对比了经常参加体育锻炼和不经常参加体育锻炼的中老年知识分子的心肺功能,测试了其中锻炼成效显著者的运动强度和方式,以数据和实例来说服更多的人参加体育健身活动。
First, the purpose of research Aging is a regular manifestation of human life. As you grow older, your heart and lung shape and function will change and you become more susceptible to disease, especially in long-term brainwaves. However, people can delay such aging and maintain or even enhance their cardiopulmonary function over a long period of time. Adhering to reasonable physical exercise is one of the most effective methods. This paper investigates the cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged and elderly intellectuals, who often take part in physical exercise and infrequently participate in physical exercise, and tests the exercise intensity and method of those who exercise well, and persuade more people to participate in physical exercise with data and examples .
