铁通公司正式运营后,铁道部运输局基础部作为铁路专用通信的行业主管部门,将按照新的职能调整工作重心,以更好地为发展铁路专用通信服务,同时为市场主体的铁通公司作好服务。基础部将代表铁道部制定专用通信的发展政策,规划、技术标准和管理措施,并实施监督。同时运输局还将作为客户代表,对服务于铁路运输的各种通信业务进行监督。
After the official operation of CRC, the Ministry of Railways Transportation Bureau, as an industry competent department of railways dedicated communications, will adjust its focus according to the new functions in order to better serve the development of railway special communications services and make good preparations for the market-oriented Railcom Corporation service. The Ministry of Fundamental Department will represent the Ministry of Railways in formulating development policies, plans, technical standards and management measures for special communications and will supervise the implementation.
