住院药师案例式药学培训项目的构建、实施和评价

目的:构建系统的住院药师药品知识培训项目,提高住院药师利用药品知识解决临床实际问题的能力。方法:通过对住院药师问卷调查,及与住院药师带教师资进行讨论等方式设计住院药师药品知识培训项目,建立授课教师团队并把住院药师分成学习小组。培训项目试运行调整后,开始在科内正式实施。培训项目按照药物治疗系统分成10个模块,每个模块采取先药品基础知识培训后案例教学的模式,充分调动住院药师参与学习的积极性。项目运行过半,以问卷调查的方式请住院药师和教师对项目进行了中期评价。结果:95%以上住院药师和教师认为药品基础知识的培训是有必要的;与既往培训模式相比较,此培训模式更能提高住院药师的学习兴趣和提高住院药师的药学实践能力,但有33.3%的住院药师和60%的教师认为案例难度较大,18.5%的住院药师和10%的教师不认可案例内容贴近目前的工作内容。结论:案例教学对于住院药师的药品知识的培训是非常有效的教学方法,可以更有效的提高学员的药学实践能力,但可能需要根据学员的不同的工作年限,相应设计不同内容和难度的培训模块。 OBJECTIVE: To construct a system of in-hospital pharmacist’s drug knowledge training program to improve the ability of residents to use drug knowledge to solve clinical problems. Methods: Through inpatient pharmacist questionnaire survey and discussing with in-hospital pharmacist with teachers, the inpatient pharmacist’s drug knowledge training project was designed, the teaching staff team was established and the in-hospital pharmacists were divided into study groups. After the commissioning of the training project has been adjusted, it will be officially implemented in the department. The training program is divided into 10 modules according to the drug treatment system. Each module adopts the case teaching mode after training the basic knowledge of drugs first, and fully motivates the hospital pharmacists to participate in the study. The project was run for more than half of the time, asking the inpatient pharmacists and teachers to conduct a mid-term evaluation of the project by questionnaire. Results: More than 95% of the hospital pharmacists and teachers believed that the training of basic knowledge of medicines was necessary. Compared with the previous training model, this training model could improve the learning interest of hospital pharmacists and improve the pharmacological practice ability of resident pharmacists. However, 33.3 % Of hospital pharmacies and 60% of teachers think the case is more difficult, 18.5% of the hospital pharmacists and 10% of the teachers do not approve the contents of the case close to the current work content. Conclusions: Case teaching is a very effective teaching method for the in-hospital pharmacist’s knowledge of medicines. It can effectively improve students’ ability to practice medicine, but may need to design training modules with different content and difficulty according to their different working years .
