2008年下半年以来,世界经济遭遇了百年一遇的金融危机,我国经济也受到了强烈冲击。从全球看,世界各主要经济体都出现严重衰退,美国2008年第四节度GDP按年率下滑6.3%,2009年一季度下滑4.8%;欧元区出现十年来首次负增长;日本2008年第四季度萎缩12.1%,2009年一季度降幅再达二位数。
Since the second half of 2008, the world economy has suffered a once-in-a-century financial crisis, and our economy has also been strongly affected. Globally, major economies in the world experienced a serious recession. The U.S. GDP dropped by 6.3% in the fourth quarter of 2008, down 4.8% in the first quarter of 2009, the first negative growth in the euro area in ten years, and the fourth quarter of 2008 in Japan Shrink 12.1% decline in the first quarter of 2009 and then double-digit.
