为了实现对汽车仪表进行长时间的功能控制和连续参数监控,设计了汽车仪表自动化测试系统。整个系统以CAN、LIN总线通讯为核心,通过Lab VIEW编程语言自行设计可脚本编程的、可并行执行的测试软件,实现了对汽车仪表多功能并行验证和多参数连续监测及数据分析。项目实践结果表明,该自动化测试系统达到了设计的目的,通用性强,性能可靠,技术先进,成本低,有很好的应用前景。
In order to achieve long-term functional control of automotive instruments and continuous parameter monitoring, the design of the automotive instrumentation automated test system. The whole system takes CAN and LIN bus communication as its core and designs a scriptable and parallel executable test software through Lab VIEW programming language to realize multifunction parallel verification and multi-parameter continuous monitoring and data analysis of automobile instrument. The project practice shows that the automatic test system has achieved the purpose of design. It has the advantages of high universality, reliable performance, advanced technology, low cost and good application prospect.
