目的:探讨一套成熟的糖尿病健康教育护理模式,让病人到正规医院在专科医护人员指导下用药。方法:采用每天一对一糖尿病健康教育指导和每周1次糖尿病知识讲课的方式。结果:经常参与大课堂、听医护人员讲课的患者,对疾病的认识更为清晰,不易擅自用药。随诊时各项化验指标迭标。患者越了解糖尿病相关知识,越能提升自我管理水平。结论:糖尿病健康教育势在必行,健康教育者的责任任重而道远。
Objective: To explore a set of mature diabetes health education and nursing mode, so that patients to the regular hospital under the guidance of specialist medical staff. Methods: Daily one-on-one diabetes health education guidance and weekly knowledge of diabetes lectures way. Results: Often participate in the big class, listen to medical staff lectures patients, awareness of the disease more clearly, not easy to use drugs. Follow-up when the various laboratory indicators overlap. Patients know more about diabetes, the more able to enhance self-management. Conclusion: Diabetes health education is imperative, and health educators have a long way to go.
