本文介绍了汽缸套内表面激光处理通用程序的设计。该程序用Ｃ 语言编制， 通过运行该程序， 完成了汽缸套内表面激光处理的工艺设计， 为汽缸套内表面的处理提供重要参数， 可利用该参数编制用于汽缸套内表面处理的数控程序。试验证明： 该程序具有较强的通用性， 适合各种尺寸及要求不同淬硬面积的汽缸套内表面处理， 也可推广用于管类零件的内表面处理。
