根据农药的环境毒理学性质,在对农药施用的环境风险分类和风险水平分级的基础上,建立了农药环境影响评价模型。利用该模型,估算了烟台地区1996年至2000年间农药品种结构变化及环境损害变化情况,结果表明,农药品种结构的变化,而非农药施用总量,是农药施用对环境影响的主要因素;不同时期农药施用品种的变化,对于不同受损害环境的影响程度也不同。利用该模型,还可以评价一个地区农药管理政策措施和植物保护工作的环境经济效益。
According to the environmental toxicological properties of pesticides, based on the classification of environmental risks and the classification of risk levels of pesticides, a pesticide environmental impact assessment model was established. Using this model, the changes of pesticide varieties structure and environmental damage in Yantai from 1996 to 2000 were estimated. The results showed that the changes of the structure of pesticides rather than the total pesticide application were the main factors affecting the environmental impact of pesticide application. The changes of pesticide application varieties in different periods have different impacts on different damaged environments. Using this model, it is also possible to evaluate the environmental and economic benefits of pesticide management policies and plant protection in a region.
