游梁式抽油机是一种变形的四连杆机构,其运转的动力来自于橡胶皮带将电动机的高速旋转运动传递给抽油机。其整机的结构特点像一架天平,一端是抽油载荷,另一端是平衡配重载荷。抽油机的平衡率越高,与此同时皮带所承受的载荷就越均匀,受力就越小,其使用寿命就越长。现场油井的生产情况对皮带也有着重要的影响,如油井出砂、原油乳化、油稠、结蜡、气大皮带过松或过紧,降低皮带的使用寿命。因此对皮带的维护保养与日常管理显得尤为重要。

The production of on-site oil wells also has an important impact on the belt, such as oil sands, crude oil emulsification, thick oil, wax, big gas belt is too loose or too tight, reducing the service life of the belt. Therefore, the belt maintenance and daily management is particularly important.
