开发、研制、应用新型合成渣精炼技术,通过出钢过程合成渣渣洗、配加CaC2及顶渣改质,强化对钢水及炉渣的脱氧、脱硫,结果使钢包顶渣中(FeO+MnO)质量分数平均降到2.5%,脱硫率平均为17%。促进夹杂物凝聚和上浮,改善了钢水质量,减少了水口结瘤等现象,保证了连铸工艺顺行。减轻了LF等精炼装置的工艺负担,对于普通的低、微碳钢可不经LF精炼处理直接浇铸,提高了作业率,降低了成本。
