一、工程建设概况岩滩水电站位于广西壮族自治区大化瑶族自治县境内,是国家“七五”期间的重点工程,也是原水电部对大型水电工程建设管理体制改革的试点工程之一。一期设计装机容量121万千瓦,年发电量56.57亿千瓦小时。按国家确定的总工期为十二年。工程于1984年开工,1988年底截流,1993年7月第一台机组发电,1995年竣工。总投资16.32亿元。主要工程量:土石方开挖1071万立方米,混凝土342万立方米。广西岩滩水电站工程建设公司(简称岩建公司)为岩滩水电站的建设单位(甲方)。岩滩主体工程的土建部份由广西水电工程局和葛洲坝水电工程局中标负责施工(乙方)。广西电力工业局勘测设计院为设计单位。二、推行建设监理的做法岩建公司作为甲方或发包单位,它的机构原设七处、一站、一室,即技术、工程、机电、经管、物质、财
I. Overview of Project Construction Yantan Hydropower Station is located in the Dahua Yao Nationality Autonomous County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is a key project during the national “7th Five-Year Plan” period and is one of the pilot projects of the original Ministry of Water Resources for reforming the management system of large hydropower project construction. The first phase of the design installed capacity of 1.12 million kilowatts, the annual power generation of 5.657 billion kilowatts hours. The total duration determined by the country is twelve years. The project started in 1984 and was shut down at the end of 1988. In July 1993, the first unit generated electricity and was completed in 1995. The total investment is 1.632 billion yuan. The main projects: earthwork excavation 10.71 million cubic meters, 3.42 million cubic meters of concrete. Guangxi Yantan Hydropower Station Project Construction Company (referred to as Rock Construction Company) is the construction unit of Yantan Hydropower Station (Party A). The civil engineering part of Yantan’s main project was constructed by Guangxi Hydropower Engineering Bureau and Gezhouba Hydropower Engineering Bureau (B). Guangxi Electric Power Industrial Survey and Design Institute is the design unit. 2. Implementation of Construction Supervision The Rock Construction Company is a Party A or contract issuing unit. Its organization is originally set up in seven places, one station, and one room, namely, technology, engineering, electromechanical, economic management, material, and finance.
