自2005年以来,网络歌曲《老鼠爱大米》、《两只蝴蝶》等以其诙谐、风趣、朗朗上口的歌词和简洁明快的旋律流行于街头巷尾。反观现行的中小学音乐课本,又有多少歌曲是现在的学生所喜欢的呢?不得不承认,流行歌曲因其符合大众化的音乐文化消费需求,正逐步被更多的非专业的听众所接受。因此,选取近年来涌现的优秀流行歌曲到中小学音乐课本是完全有必要的,也是切实可行的。对于现存音乐课本中的优秀歌曲,也应予以保留,作为人类宝贵的精神财富之一,即便这些歌曲离我们的生活渐渐远去,我们仍有必要将其传承下去,这是历史赋予我们的责任和义务。当代音乐创作中,创作儿童歌曲的利润非常低,而创作流行音乐的利润则成倍增长。因此,当前总趋势是开展儿童歌曲创作的作家越来越少,
