在大田条件下种植了两套双列杂交F_1代,用于研究小麦抗办霉病的遗传特性。在3×8不完全双列杂交中,抗赤霉病性的一般配合力均方占总遗传方差的94.26%,特殊配合力均方占5.74%。对用5×5双列杂交材料取得的潜伏期,严重度日增率、病粒率、病小花率,病穗率、残留花粉囊的小花百分率、病情指数、小穗密度、最终严重度等9个指标织成的一织相关数据进行了因子分析,结果表明,小麦抗赤霉病性中主要包含了两个抗性分量。
Two sets of crossed F1 plants were planted under field conditions to study the genetic characteristics of wheat against mildew. In the 3 × 8 incomplete diallel crosses, the average combining ability of resistance to scab pathogen accounted for 94.26% of the total genetic variance, and the proportion of special combining ability accounted for 5.74%.
