Objective To investigate the clinical effect of puncture and drainage in the treatment of acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute gastroduodenal ulcer perforation were treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012. They were equally divided into observation group and control group randomly. 50 patients in observation group were treated by puncture and drainage, Control group of 50 cases laparotomy treatment. The length of postoperative hospital stay, time of anus excretion, time of operation, and the number of residual cysts, abnormal temperature and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in postoperative hospital stay time and anal exhaust time between the two groups (P> 0.05). The difference of operative time, residual cyst, abnormal body temperature and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group Statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute gastroduodenal ulcer perforation, puncture and drainage therapy is simple and convenient operation, accurate positioning, small trauma, is widely used and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
