主要针对现有褶皱型复合式压电换能结构进行了理论建模,并在理论上对褶皱型压电换能结构的参数对电势的影响进行了分析。提出一些可行性的优化与改进方案,使其具有较大变形能力,更坚固的压电换能结构。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行模型构建与仿真分析,在不同结构尺寸条件下对比改进前后结构的变形,选择最优的改进方案,以验证理论分析结果的正确性。
In this paper, the theoretical modeling of the existing fold-type composite piezoelectric transduction structure is made and the influence of the parameters of the folded piezoelectric transduction structure on the potential is theoretically analyzed. Some feasible optimization and improvement schemes are put forward to make them have more deformation capacity and stronger piezoelectric transducing structure. ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to construct and simulate the model. The deformation of the structure before and after the improvement was compared under different structural dimensions, and the optimal solution was selected to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
