我国果蔬年生产量大,但运输、保鲜成本相对较高等问题影响了鲜果类产品的销售。设计了一种方便实用的果蔬烘干装备,烘干试验结果表明,其保温性能≤5℃(设定温度50℃时每10 min降温),批次处理量≥3 000 kg,批次平均水分蒸发量≥48 kg/h。该装备可以满足大部分果农对新鲜果品及蔬菜的烘干需求,推广应用前景良好。
The annual output of fruits and vegetables in China is large, but the problems of relatively high transportation and fresh-keeping costs have affected the sales of fresh fruit products. A convenient and practical drying equipment for fruits and vegetables was designed. The results of drying test showed that the insulation performance was ≤5 ℃ (the temperature was reduced every 10 min at the set temperature of 50 ℃), the batch processing capacity was more than 3000 kg, the average batch moisture Evaporation ≥ 48 kg / h. The equipment to meet most of the fruit farmers on the fresh fruit and vegetables drying needs, promote the use of good prospects.
