我们对259例健康成人(男133例,女126)例进行了最大呼气流速——容量曲线的测定,所测结果经统计学处理表明,∨_(75)/H,∨_(50)/H及∨_(25)/H与性别相关(P<0.001),但∨_(50)/∨_(25)的比率与性别无相关(P>0.05),上述MEFV曲线的各项测定值与年龄在散点图上呈直线相关,无抛物线相关趋势。这可能是由于本资料未包括20岁以下及60岁以上的健康人所致。因之,根据直线相关制定出预计值的回归方程式,相关系数(γ)及回归系数(b)在统计学上有显著或非常显著的意义(P<0.05~0.001)
We measured the maximum expiratory flow rate-capacity curve in 259 healthy adults (133 males and 126 females). The statistical analysis of the measured results showed that ∨_(75)/H,∨_(50) /H and ∨_(25)/H were related to gender (P<0.001), but the ratio of ∨_(50)/∨_(25) was not related to gender (P>0.05). The above-mentioned MEFV curves were determined. Values are linearly related to age on the scatter plot, with no parabolic-related trends. This may be due to the fact that this information did not include healthy people under the age of 20 and above the age of 60. Therefore, according to the linear regression formula, the regression equation of the predicted value is established. The correlation coefficient (γ) and regression coefficient (b) are statistically significant or very significant (P<0.05 to 0.001).
