澳大利亚公益诉讼制度起步较早,发展较为成熟。而当前,我国公益诉讼制度处于方兴未艾、寻求快速发展的阶段。本文试图从澳大利亚公益诉讼相关研究的最新入手,揭示澳大利亚的实践经验对我国公益诉讼实践的启发。
Australia’s public interest litigation system started earlier and developed more mature. At present, China’s public interest litigation system is in the ascendant and seeking a stage of rapid development. This article attempts to start from the latest research on public interest litigation in Australia and reveals the practical experience of Australia on the practice of public interest litigation in our country.
