近日,福建德化县出台《德化县中长期人才发展规划纲要(2011-2020年)》、《德化县关于人才引进和人才培养的若干意见(试行)》和《德化县优秀人才选拔管理规定》(即“1+2”政策),进一步健全完善民营企业人才的培养、引进、使用、激励等机制,全方位、多角度地提升人才开发水平,化解民营企业“二次创业”人才瓶颈。
