建筑工程项目的不同阶段对于工程质量都会产生严重深刻影响,建筑工程项目在设计阶段与施工阶段,工程建设项目的预结算审核对于工程的整体建设也会有重要影响。建筑工程项目造价预结算审核工作是否能按时完成关系到工程项目施工进度。对此,笔者从工程造价预结算审核工作方面入手,分析了造价预结算工程的关键问题,着重解决建筑工程造价预结算审核关键问题,以期能够改善当前现状。
