教师是学生学习的合作者、引导者和参与者,教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程。交往意味着人人参与,意味着平等对话,教师将由居高临下的权威转向“平等中的首席”。传统意义上的教师的教、学生的学,将让位于师生互教互学,彼此形成一个真正的“学习共同体”。而在这个共同体中,教师应该是学生学习的促进者,而如何做好学生学习的促进者,真正参与到学生学习过程之中,这就要求教师扮演好“学生”的角色,以学生的年龄特点、心理特点、知识现状为前提,以学生的眼光去审视要学习的新内容,和学生一道成为新知识、新技能的探索者。
Teachers are the collaborators, leaders and participants of student learning. The teaching process is the interactive process of teacher-student interaction and common development. Engagement means that everyone involved means equal dialogue and teachers will be shifted from the highest authority to the chief of equality. In the traditional sense, teacher education and student learning will allow teachers and students to learn from each other and learn from each other to form a true “learning community.” In this community, teachers should be facilitators of student learning, and how to be a facilitator of student learning and truly participate in the process of student learning, which requires teachers to play a good “student” role to students The characteristics of age, the status of knowledge as a precondition to look at the student's vision to learn new content, and students to become new knowledge, new skills explorers.
