长水平段水平井技术已经成为低效油气田开发的重要技术手段。近年来胜利油田相关技术发展迅速,初步形成了长水平段水平井钻井关键技术,包括以井眼轨道优化设计为核心的工程设计技术,以底部钻具组合优化设计为基础的长水平段优快钻井技术,以及满足多种油气藏保护和井筒安全要求的钻井液技术和长效固井工艺技术。先后在大牛地气田、长庆油田、胜利油田、腰英台和川西等地区进行了现场应用,完成金平1井、高平1井、渤页平1井等重点工程项目。其中,高平1井利用自有技术实现了位垂比4.02、水平段长3462.07m的工程目标,创造了国内陆上油田多项钻井施工纪录。长水平段水平井钻井关键技术发展迅速,但仍需结合具体区块特点,在工程设计、井身质量监控、随钻地层界面识别、钻井液循环利用和完井开发一体化设计等关键环节进行深入研究,特别是加强旋转导向、近钻头地质导向、智能完井等高端技术的攻关力度,提高整体技术水平。

The key technologies for horizontal well drilling in the long horizontal section have been initially formed. These include engineering design techniques centered on wellbore trajectory optimization design, long-horizontal section optimization based on bottom hole assembly optimization design Drilling technology, drilling fluid technology and long-term cementing technology to meet various reservoir protection and wellbore safety requirements. Field applications were successively carried out in Daniudi Gas Field, Changqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Yaoyingtai and Western Sichuan and other key projects such as Jinping-1 Well, Gaoping-1 Well and Bojiao-1 Well. Among them, the high-Ping 1 wells using its own technology to achieve the bit-vertical ratio of 4.02, the level of 3462.07m long project goal, to create a number of onshore oilfield drilling record. The key technologies of horizontal well drilling in the long horizontal section have been developed rapidly. However, the key technologies such as engineering design, well quality monitoring, interface identification while drilling, well drilling fluid recycling and integrated well completion design are still needed in combination with the specific block characteristics In-depth study, in particular, to strengthen the rotary steering, near-bit geological guidance, intelligent completion and other high-end technology research efforts to improve the overall technical level.
