对离散孔平板试件的气膜冷却效率进行了大量的实验研究,分析了离散孔板的几何参数及来流的气动参数对孔板气膜冷却效率的影响,用热平衡法建立了离散孔平板气膜冷却对流换热模型,在试验中对6种不同开孔结构的平板试件进行了测量,并用最小二乘法拟合出了相应的关系式及关系曲线,得出了一些实用价值的结论
A large number of experimental studies have been carried out on the film cooling efficiency of discrete hole plate specimens. The influence of the geometric parameters of the discrete plate holes and the aerodynamic parameters of the incoming flow on the film cooling efficiency of the orifice plate has been analyzed. Film cooling convection heat transfer model in the test of six different open-hole structure of the plate specimens were measured and the least squares method fitting the corresponding relationship and the relationship between the curve, and reached some conclusions of practical value
