“师者,传道授业解惑也。”这是从古至今教师所扮演的单纯角色。可在新课程改革的背景下,其基本理念强调“学生是学习的主人,教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作者”!这一理念的提出,大大改变了以往存在的“我讲你听,我问你答,我出题你做题”的被动学习局面,实现由传道、授业、解惑向活动的组织者、引导者和合作者的转变。在新开设的小学阶段英语课程中,为了使枯燥的语言学习过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力
