第二次世界大战中共患难的经历使得英国保守党与工党双方领导人逐渐接近,在英国战后的新形势下达成了政治共识,形成了英国的共识政治。政党在福利国家方面的共识,是战后英国共识政治的最重要方面,各政党采取比较接近的福利政策,形成了政策趋同和福利共识。福利共识进一步促成了英国福利制度的建设与完善,对我国建设有中国特色的社会主义社会保障体系有着一定的借鉴和启示作用。
The experiences of the afflictions in the Second World War made the leaders of both the Conservative Party and the Labor Party gradually come closer and reached a political consensus under the new post-war situation in the United Kingdom, forming a consensus politics in Britain. The consensus of the political parties on the welfare state is the most important aspect of post-war British consensus politics. All political parties adopt relatively close welfare policies and form consensus on policy convergence and welfare. The Welfare Consensus further contributed to the construction and improvement of the welfare system in the United Kingdom and provided some reference and inspiration to our country’s construction of a socialist social security system with Chinese characteristics.
