中国共产党早期民族政策主张采用联邦制的方式来解决国内少数民族自治问题。我们现在实行的却是民族区域自治的方式，那么中共是怎样由前种认识发展到后一种认识的呢？本文力图通过历史的考察，阐述中共对这一问题认识发展的大致历程
The Early Ethnic Policies of the Communist Party of China advocated the adoption of a federal system to solve the problem of the autonomy of ethnic minorities in China. What we are now practicing is a method of regional ethnic autonomy. How did the CCP develop from the former kind of understanding to the latter? This article tries to elaborate the general process of CCP’s cognition and development on this issue through historical investigation
