机电设备安装调试管理大型机电设备不仅体积庞大、配套机组和附属设备多,而且技术密集,安装调试也较复杂。作为使用单位,必须使有关人员解其安装调试的管理程序与方法,以便正确组织人力、有效利用物力,成功地完成大型筑路设备安装调试工作。下面以解体装运后初次使用的大型机电设备为对象,介绍其安装调试管理技术。
