本文报告1例具多种异常表现的 HSP 患者,并对该病的诊断加以讨论。患者男性,29岁。自幼发育迟缓,智力低下。12岁时发现双眼“先天性白内障”。7年前双上肢用力时有不自主抖动,1年半前双下肢发僵,行走不利,重时迈步亦感困难。体检多处发育畸形,右侧面部、胸腹部及下肢均较对侧容积偏小,右下肢较左下肢短1.0cm,双手掌指、指间关节过伸,弓型足,脊柱左侧弯,双眼白内障。神经系统检
