随着柴油机平均有效压力不断提高,新一代高增压柴油机对其排气系统的设计要求也相应提高。兼有变压系统和定压系统优点的MSEM系统目前已得到广泛应用。在230高速大功率柴油机提高Pme的强化机型上,利用“一维非定常流混合计算模型”程序对其采用不同支管型式的组合式MSEM系统进行了设计计算,并对不同工作特性进行了比较研究;还结合相继涡轮增压系统措施在强化型机上对其部分工况性能作了初探,为进一步改善强化机性能提供了理论依据。
As the average effective pressure of diesel engines continues to increase, the design requirements of a new generation of high-pressure diesel engines for their exhaust systems have also increased accordingly. The MSEM system, which combines the advantages of a transformer system and a constant pressure system, is now widely used. Based on the “One-Dimensional Unsteady Flow Mixed Model” program, a combined MSEM system with different branch pipe types was designed and calculated on the enhanced model of 230 high-speed high-power diesel engine to improve Pme. Different working characteristics were compared In addition, some working conditions and performance of turbo-charged turbocharger system are also discussed with the help of successive turbocharging system measures, which provides a theoretical basis for further improving the performance of the turbo-charged turbomachine.
