对一氯苯氧乙酸(简称PCPA)可用作除草剂和作植物生长调节剂。近年来,又发现了它的新用途。例如,用于水稻、玉米等粮食作物及柑橙、荔枝、菠萝等水果中,都有不同程度的增产作用;用于柑橙保鲜也取得了令人满意的效果。由于PCPA应用于食用植物中,因此测定它在植物中的残留量是很有必要的。我们参考国外有关资料,对食用植物中PCPA残留物的提取、衍生和气相色谱测定方法作了初步探讨,对三种衍生物的制备方法进行了比较,并用正交试验法选取了气相色谱的工作条件。在PCPA浓度0.5—50ppm的范围内,工作曲线线性良好。结合样品处理中的浓缩步骤,可测定低至10~(-2)PPm数量级的PCPA。
Para-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (PCPA) is used as a herbicide and as a plant growth regulator. In recent years, it has found its new use. For example, it is used to increase the yield of crops such as rice, corn and other fruits and vegetables, citrus fruits, lychee, pineapple and other fruits. Satisfactory results have also been achieved in the preservation of citrus fruits. Since PCPA is used in food plants, it is necessary to determine its residual amount in plants. We refer to the relevant foreign information on the extraction of plant residues in food PCPA derivatization and gas chromatography method for the initial discussion of the preparation of three derivatives were compared and orthogonal gas chromatography was selected by the experimental work condition. In the PCPA concentration range of 0.5-50ppm, the working curve is good. Combined with the concentration step in sample processing, PCPA can be measured down to the order of 10-2 PPM.
