目的研究细胞因子信号转导抑制分子3(SOCS3)在早产胎盘中的表达情况,探讨该分子与早产的关联性。方法选取我院2013年2月~2013年10月间收治的30例自发性早产患者作为实验组,30例足月妊娠妇女作为对照组,收集两组患者的胎盘组织,应用免疫组织化学方法检测两组胎盘组织SOCS3分子的表达水平,采用rt-PCR检测比较SOCS3mRNA在两组胎盘中的差异表达情况分析SOCS3同早产的关系。结果免疫组化结果显示实验组胎盘组织中SOCS3的表达阳性及强阳性率明显强于对照组(P<0.01);SOCS3mRNA通过PCR检测显示对照组平均灰度值明显低于实验组(P<0.01),同时两组实验结果均提示SOCS3在实验组中的表达数明显多于对照组。结论 SOCS3在自发性早产妇女胎盘组织中的表达率明显增高,SOCS3与早产妊娠具有一定的联系。
Objective To investigate the expression of cytokine signaling inhibitor 3 (SOCS3) in premature placenta and its association with premature labor. Methods Thirty patients with spontaneous preterm labor admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to October 2013 were selected as the experimental group and 30 full-term pregnant women as the control group.The placental tissues of both groups were collected and detected by immunohistochemical method The expression of SOCS3 in two groups of placenta was analyzed by rt-PCR to compare the different expression of SOCS3 mRNA in the two groups of placenta. The relationship between SOCS3 and preterm labor was analyzed. Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of SOCS3 in the placenta of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The average gray value of SOCS3 mRNA in the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group (P <0.01) ), While the results of two groups of experiments suggest that SOCS3 expression in the experimental group was significantly more than the control group. Conclusion The expression of SOCS3 in the placenta of spontaneous preterm labor women was significantly higher than that in the preterm pregnancy.
