在社会的不断发展与生活水平的不断提高下,先进典型作为个人或集体进行先进事迹及典型经验的交流学习逐渐被人们所关注与重视,已经成为激励学生奋发上进的重要资源,其中在党政机关、企业单位及团体活动中也应用较广、使用较多,从而为学生前进树立了一个良好的榜样与前进方向。本文主要针对先进典型对学生道德教育的意义及先进典型在职业道德教育中发挥的作用进行分析。 With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of living standards, advanced models have gradually drawn attention and attention from people as an individual or collective for advanced deeds and experiences of typical experiences. They have become an important resource for encouraging students to make a living and progress. Among them, Organizations, business units and group activities are also widely used, more use, so as to set a good example for students and the way forward. This paper mainly analyzes the significance of advanced models to students’ moral education and the role that advanced models play in professional ethics education.
