针对弧流电源的低纹波指标及快速电流转移性能要求,设计了弧流电源的系统主电路,采用了以DSP+CPLD为核心的微机控制系统,提高了弧流电源的性能。简述了弧流电源的系统主电路设计及其工作原理,重点介绍了基于DSP+CPLD的微机控制系统的硬件架构和软件设计。试验结果表明,该弧流电源稳流精度高、纹波低、负载端电流转移快速且电流转移深度可调。
Aiming at the low ripple index of arc current power supply and fast current transfer performance requirements, the main circuit of arc current power supply is designed. The microcomputer control system with DSP + CPLD as the core is adopted to improve the performance of arc current power supply. The main circuit design and working principle of arc current power supply system are briefly described. The hardware architecture and software design of microcomputer control system based on DSP + CPLD are introduced emphatically. The test results show that the arc current power supply has high steady current accuracy, low ripple, fast current transfer at the load terminal, and adjustable current transfer depth.
