中学生的体质健康一直值得社会关注,中学阶段是学生身体发展迅速的时期,接受新鲜事物最佳的青春期,身体从生理和心理角度都有一个较大的转变。中学体育课增加普拉提运动项目可以有效促进生长发育,提高身体各器官功能,调节人的心理状态。普拉提运动传入中国已经有十五年的时间,但普拉提运动在我国的普及程度非常小,对于中学的年龄阶层知晓度更低。普拉提运动达到的效果,非常适合中学生锻炼,有利于生长发育。本论文将对普拉提在学校体育课中开展可行性论述。
Secondary school students’ physical health always deserves public attention. Secondary school is a period in which students develop rapidly. When they accept the best adolescence of new things, their bodies have a greater psychological and physical transition. The increase of Pilates athletic program in middle school physical education class can effectively promote the growth and development, improve the function of various organs of the body and regulate the psychological state of human beings. The Pilates movement has been introduced to China for 15 years, but the popularity of Pilates Movement in our country is very small, and the awareness of the middle school is even lower. Pilates campaign to achieve the effect, ideal for high school students exercise, is conducive to growth and development. This thesis will carry on the feasibility discussion to Pilates in the school physical education class.
