以江苏省某数据中心机房为研究对象,主要介绍了该中心机房空调系统空调方式、气流组织、新风系统、消防排烟系统、高密度制冷方案的的设计。通过CFD软件模拟分析数据中心主机房的气流组织情况,针对主机房局部热点现象的出现及气流组织出现的不通畅等现象,进行适当的气流优化方案设计。并在此基础上进行仿真模拟,从中得出的结果能够对气流组织优化设计的有效性进行科学验证。
Taking a datacenter room in Jiangsu Province as the research object, this paper mainly introduces the design of the air conditioning system, airflow organization, fresh air system, fire exhaust system and high density refrigeration scheme of the central computer room air conditioning system. The CFD software was used to simulate and analyze the air flow organization in the data center main engine room. According to the appearance of the hot spot in the main engine room and the air flow organization appeared unobstructed, the appropriate air flow optimization scheme was designed. Based on this, the simulation is carried out, and the results from this can be used to verify the effectiveness of the optimization design of air flow.
