进出口业务进入交易阶段,标志着对外经济贸易活动进入了实质性的操作阶段。这一阶段,主要是通过函电磋商或口头谈判进行的。不论采用哪种形式,一笔交易从开始到结束,大体上可分为四个阶段:准备阶段,交易磋商阶段,签定和履行合同阶段,索赔阶段。依据进出口业务交易的程序,进出口业务交易的文书群落构成及撰写要求如下:
