Rel/NF κB转录因子是免疫、炎症和应激反应的主要调节因子 ,同时也参与细胞增殖调控和凋亡。近几年来与NF κB活化有关的信号传递途径以及相应诱导基因表达的研究有重大进展 ,越来越多的证据显示NF κB活性失控与人类肿瘤发生相关 ,因为上游信号酶的组成性活化或抑制蛋白IκB亚单位的失活突变 ,导致Rel/NF κB蛋白活性持久存在于人类肿瘤细胞系中 ,本文对NF κB活性与肿瘤的关系研究作一综述。
Rel / NF κB transcription factor is a major regulator of immune, inflammatory and stress responses and is also involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the research of signal transduction pathway related to NF-κB activation and gene-induced gene expression. More and more evidences show that the out-of-control of NF κB activity is associated with human oncogenesis because of the constitutive activation or inhibition of upstream signaling enzymes Inactivation of IκB subunit protein leads to persistent persistence of Rel / NF κB activity in human tumor cell lines. In this paper, the relationship between NF κB activity and tumor is reviewed.
