肺泡上皮直接与外界环境接触以进行气体交换,微小的上皮屏障的改变就可能增加肺部患某些疾病的敏感性。最近的研究已经把肺上皮屏障在肺相关疾病发生、发展中发挥的作用作为焦点(如急性肺损伤等)。尽管关于密封蛋白(Claudin)在肺部的功能及其调节机制还知之甚少,但越来越多的证据显示,急性肺损伤时外界环境的刺激会影响Claudin蛋白的表达以及肺泡上皮屏障功能。该文就急性肺损伤时Claudin蛋白调节肺泡上皮屏障功能的最新研究进展予以综述。
Alveolar epithelium directly contacts with the external environment for gas exchange, the tiny epithelial barrier changes may increase the sensitivity of certain diseases in the lungs. Recent studies have focused on the role of the pulmonary epithelial barrier in the development and progression of lung-related diseases (such as acute lung injury). Although little is known about the role of Claudin in the lungs and its regulatory mechanisms, there is growing evidence that stimulation of the external environment during acute lung injury affects Claudin protein expression and alveolar epithelial barrier function. This review summarizes the latest research progress of Claudin protein in alveolar epithelial barrier function in acute lung injury.
