Vita Mark Type II and Dicor MGC machinable ceramics have achieved good short-term clinical results but still require long-term observation. Due to the low breaking strength of current machinable ceramics, they can only be used for inlays and onlays. Corning has developed a new type of machinable glass ceramic (MGC-F) designed to improve the fluorescence and machinability of ceramics. The purpose of this study is to compare the material with Dicor MGC in terms of density (ρ), elastic modulus (E), hardness (H), indentation biaxial bending strength (δ_f) and fracture toughness (K_ (1C) -Light, Dicor MGC-Dark and Vita Mark II in mechanical and physical properties. Ten disk-shaped test pieces (diameter 9.3 mm, thickness 1.2 mm) and two pieces of 10 mm × 10 mm × 10 mm
