甘草酸是中药甘草的主要成分,其测定方法报道较多,其中HPLC法具较高的灵敏度和准确度。由于甘草中所含成分较多,其性质相似,一般重结晶方法难以提供HPLC测定所需的对照品,文献用HPLC示差折光检测法,进行约1mg量的制备。
Glycyrrhizic acid is the main component of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and there are many reports on its determination methods. HPLC method has high sensitivity and accuracy. Since there are many components in the licorice and the properties thereof are similar, it is difficult to provide a standard substance for HPLC measurement by a general recrystallization method. The literature uses an HPLC differential refractive index detection method to prepare an amount of about 1 mg.
